You might want to consider changing your user name. Taking the name of controversial or recent political figures is frowned upon. Everyking 20:37, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice, but I intend to keep it. P.S. I'm not trying to sound sarcastic. User:Leon Trotsky 20:57 2 August 2005
Leon: what do you think about the leon_trotsky article...? The criticism's section is extremely POV... some people think that since someone determined that all articles are allowed to have a criticisms seciton (which is ridiculous) that this section is a freepass for writing the most assine attacks with *whatever* sources from *anywhere* or just simply what the author simply thinks to be true...----
I think you right that the criticism of Trotsky on the Leon Trotsky article is POV and I am glad that it got amended. User:Leon Trotsky 9:49 22 September 2005

- yeah i'm, going to remove the section if nobody objects to it. I woudn't mind *real* criticms of Trotsky though, but that section of very poor quality, the Talk:Leon_Trotsky page is where to discuss it, so if u object to me removing it say so.
There is similar slander on the vladimir_lenin article. User:Leon Trotsky 22:34 26 September 2005

- Yes, I see the similarities: the criticism sections is unusually high on the ToC, it is written by various wikipedians righting their own prose, and not actual critics... This section should be broght to a higher quality. First of all, the article is about Lenin, if criticism section is in there it must be about the subject of the article (Lenin), not "Lenin's Regime". Second of all, it is incredidbly ridiculous to let wikipedians right their own prose and use it as criticisms... all criticisms must come from critics, not wikipedians and ofcourse not Lenin himself! There are tons of past and contemporary critics of Lenin so they should have no problem finding sources... I would like to start an initiative in correcting that "criticisms" section sometime. I'm sure you could write a nice critisms section, judging from your user profile. I would like to write a good one for Trotsky and Lenin but the research would take too much of my time.--So Hungry 03:10, 28 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Problematic Username
I would like to encourage you to use a different username -- use of a username that's meant to resemble realworld historical figures is discouraged by policy. --Improv 21:34, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
- I also feel that you should follow this advice. --Duncan 12:16, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
How does one change their username?
