Three years ago, I presented a project to LdV. At that time it was accepted and posted. It displayed the findings of my doctoral dissertation concerning freedom of mobility and recognition of foreign qualifications, as linked to economics for academic, professional and trade parties.

More recently I have lost a partner in a project for distance-teaching. I wish to teach a course, I previously taught but over the Internet and require a faculty full-time member of a university.

I have received multiple international enquires from "non-profit" groups in Bulgaria, Greece, Poland. But I must make it clear that I need a partner to provide a portal and instruction on location.
