Leontius of Tsarevo

Saint Leontius of Tsarevo (d. June 23, 1919) was a bishop of Petrovsk killed during the Russian Civil War.
Born Leontius von Vimpfen, he was consecrated Bishop of Petrovsk in 1916. In 1917, he became Bishop of Enotayev. In 1918, he became bishop of Tsarevo. In 1919 he was killed, thrown into a hole, and refused a burial.
