[edit] Fair use rationale for Igor Grabar
While the image is not free, I, Alex Bakharev (talk), believe that using its low resolution copy to illustrate the article about its author, Igor Grabar, constitutes fair use as describe in the copyright law of the United States. The image is used for the critical commentary about the style. It also is important to illustrate the story of Igor Grabar changing Joseph Stalin into Vladimir Lenin in this painting Alex Bakharev (talk) 06:32, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
