I've assessed this article as Start class, though I think it could soon be ready to move up to B-class. From my own knowledge of Leka I think the information here is basically accurate, but there is a serious problem with missing references. These especially need to be rectified with reference to allegations of arms dealing and arrests.

There's also a lack of information about Leka's performance in modern Albanian referenda, an important topic that is covered on the talk board but should be detailed factually in the main article.

At the moment, much of the information, though interesting, is patchy and anecdotal. There is no clear sense of an overview of Leka's life, his relationships with the Albanian government and foreign dignitaries, or his political significance.
