[edit] Rope
I am a member of Category:Wikipedian administrators open to recall. I joined the category not too long after it started because I found the conduct of certain admins to be very poor and was dismayed to find that there was no viable way to remove their mops without resorting to the hopelessly legalistic and time consuming Arbcom.

This means that if you're unhappy with any administrator action I perform (i.e. blocks, page protection etc), then you have the option to start an RFC on my conduct as an admin. If general consensus on that RFC is that I should not have administrative tools, then I will resign.
And just to repeat the point above, the recall criteria apply to admin actions only. Do not start a recall process because I disagree with you on a talk page, made edits you don't like, removed information you wrote, broke the 3RR rule, called you a troll or made disparaging comments about the captain of the England rugby team etc.

- Notify me that you wish to open an RFC on my talk page. Wait for acknowledgement before proceeding, I should have the opportunity to defend my conduct.
- 5 editors must certify the dispute. These should be users in good standing who have been around a while. 500+ edits and >6 months seems reasonable. I reserve the right to remove those with an extensive block log or a history of abuse of Wikipedia processes. If after two weeks an insufficient number of people have certified the dispute, then I'll ignore it.
- The RFC will use the standard format given here.
- I may appoint somebody to determine consensus and oversee the recall. That person will be uninvolved in the dispute and will meet the 500/6 criteria above. It will likely be someone else listed in Cat:AOR, in order that they have some form of investment in the process.
- No double jeopardy.
