[edit] Removal of "Performance venues" section

I've removed this section because it is completely unencyclopedic. This kind of information is very, very rarely used in a Wikipedia article. The reasons are many. Maintenance is difficult if not impossible, as is verifiability. If a performing/gigging artist/group is important enough to have a Wikipedia article, they've probably appeared at a loooong list of venues. I just don't see the need for it.
