The article is not jargon; the topic is a critical issue for all of corporate america and the term "legal hold" is extremely well known in the legal community. There seems to be some original research; however being a named expert on the subject-it certainly should not be deleted.

I am debating listing this article on AfD because it is jargon and appears to be original research. However, it is a topic that probably is encyclopedic, if written the right way. Anyone want to help on this? Fundamentaldan 19:42, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Seems like it was written by someone who just heard about this topic and wanted to put a page together. I'd be happy to edit with more info. It's not just jargon and original research. There is plenty of substance that should be discussed here, and I'd be happy to add and or edit, but I'm new at this and have to figure out how to edit the thing.Maynelaw 05:14, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
