I tried to clean it up a bit. Fixed some grammar, removed some redundant links, corrected the millipede bit. Do the human leg bones really belong, or should we just link to the human leg article and leave it at that? --Joanna 03:40, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

What? I guess if you overstrain leg crossing like anything else it'll cause damage.
