[edit] Biography

Lee Henry is a singer, songwriter and producer from Harrow in North West London. Henry has already featured in the former MTV BASE no1. video "Y Did You Leave?" which was released under his production pseudonym “Tru Menace”.

Inspired by the sounds of the likes of Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder, Lee was brought up around music and took an interest in his DJ Dad’s impressive record collection.

In 2004 Lee Henry won the 2004 Urban Music Award for Best Unsigned Act beating off stiff competition from over 3000 entrants.

Following his success at the UMAs Lee Henry soon signed to management company 2-Tone Entertainment [1]

Henry followed his award with critically acclaimed performances on stage with soul legends Omar and Floetry at places like the Jazz Cafe and Cargo. He also went on to support US RnB stars Ne-yo and Timbaland in concert.

As well as writing and performing, Lee Henry is also producing and writing for a range of artists including Omar, Taio Cruz, Kele Le Roc and Terri Walker.

Lee Henry is due to release his debut album Life and Love in 2007.
