[edit] Confusing

It is not clear what this article is about, whether it is a cohesive concept and how it differs from training, professional development etc.? Certainly the article name is in an incorrect format - I'd fix it but it might be better to just delete the article. Nurg 08:01, 16 November 2007 (UTC)


[edit] Hopelessly bias

Like many of the HRM articles we have, this article is hopeless biased towards the fluffy "out to help the individual" type nonsense pushed by the CIPD and other conflicted interests. There is not a single mention of the strategy or competitive dimensions which is at the heart of actual practice. --87.112.3.62 (talk) 12:02, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
