[edit] Discussion
Is it really necessary to be adding information about who she is dating in the top paragraph? Plus, I went to her official site and saw no statements about a boyfriend. X2RADialbomber 05:22, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
Dude, I heard in her TV interview that she is a Filipina...!?
- She is amazing, and I am so pleased that she had got some thing relating to Chinese.--Ksyrie 01:13, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
This is weird. Leah Dizon is Fil-Am (Filipino-American). How come it mentions nothing of her recent activities in the Philippines? She's made numerous TV appearances, joined a singing contest and has even appeared on the pages of FHM Philippines. Why is there no mention of that? O_O;;

We need a pic. I think this one is perfect: http://leahdizon.beautychicks.com/index.php?id=889 I've seen it in many sites so it should be ok.
I'm agree with you. That site contains a lot of her pics. About her category, should she be categorized only as a Filipino-American? Ario_ManUtd 22:16, 31 August 2007 (WIB)
[edit] Hikaru and Dizon / March "Utaban"
I added a paragrpah on the episode of Utaban where Hikaru Utada and Leah Dizon appeared together.
I have her on a friend on myspace, and she has her parents' racial backgrounds backwards compared to the wiki article shown here. The page seems to be her official myspace page...
She is asked on her Frequently Asked Questions myspace Blog: Q. What is your ethnic background? A. My father is French-American. My mother is Filipina-Chinese.
I can't include the link because the blog's link is blacklisted...so....
But then again, she might be wrong herself. Or maybe it really isn't Leah's myspace.
So could someone really verify if what I'm saying is true or not? Qwertyjpc 07:42, 21 April 2007 (UTC)qwertyjpc
- I would suggest someone who can read Japanese might give [1] a read, from her official website. I personally think her myspace might be fake, but I would need to Google a while before I can say for sure. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 01:30, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
- The MySpace is fake. Her former official website states that he doesn't have a myspace account anymore. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 01:35, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
- Her profile in [2] says her mother is French-American and her father is Filipino-Chinese.
- Dizon is a Filipino name, common in the Pampangas and Tarlac. (Lilia Dizon et al). → (AllanBz ✍) 05:00, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Early life
I added and cleaned up some stuff. I got the Early Life from her Japanese site, and other details from an Import Tuner interview (which I included in the list of references). ― 金魚花火 18:07, 2 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Retirement Rumor
Japan Today published a rumor from weekly magazine Shukan Gendai that she is planning on retiring, due to stress and that "She was very shocked by some DVDs that were released in Japan, which include nude videos taken while she had been modeling in the U.S." http://www.japantoday.com/jp/news/427231 However, I doubt she'll actually retire and I don't know if rumors are appropriate for Wikipedia, but I thought it might be worth mentioning. - It is not worth mentioning due to our policies on articles of living persons. Once her website gives announcement of retirement, or her record company, than we can mention that. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 07:37, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
