Yes, the three emperors is completely wrong. It's not Kaiser Wilhelm II but the I Tt's Francis Joseph. And finally it's not Alexander the III but the II.

Furthermore, Russia did not secretly rejoin the league of Three Emperors. Rather, they secretly signed the Reinsurance Treaty with Germany that, going against the Dual Alliance of 1879, says Germany and Russia will remain neutral if one of them is attacked by another country except in the case of Germany attacking France or Russia attacking Austria.
