Leandro Simoni (Chinese: 李安度, born 29 September 1974 in Brazil) was a football player. Some of the clubs he played for include Portuguesa in Brazil, Cercle Brugge in Belgium, Golden, Sai Kung (?-2000) and Yee Hope (2000-?) in Hong Kong.
In Hong Kong, he was selected into Hong Kong League XI for several times and was the Hong Kong First Division League top scorer for 1999-00 season. He was also awarded the Hong Kong Best Football Star in 1999-00 season.
