Le Petit-Quevilly is a commune in the département of Seine-Maritime and the Haute-Normandie region of France. It is the fourth-largest suburb of the city of Rouen, and is adjacent to it on the southwest. In the 1999 census, Le Petit-Quevilly had a population of 22,332. The commune has a land area of 4.35 km² (1.68 sq mi).
