Le Grand-Quevilly is a commune in the département of Seine-Maritime and the Haute-Normandie region of France. It is the third-largest suburb of the city of Rouen, and is adjacent to it on the southwest. In the 1999 census, Le Grand-Quevilly had a population of 26,679. The commune has a land area of 11.11 km² (4.29 sq mi).
