Lazlow is a reference to Lazlow Jones, better known simply as Lazlow, a New York City radio host as well as a radio personality in the Grand Theft Auto series.

Lazlow91 has plans on becoming the dictator of a small island nation, and will model his rule after that of François Duvalier. His reign will be characterized by his KGB-like secret police and a cult of personality. He has a strong interest in the history of the Soviet Union and wants to study philosophy at Harvard. He is a huge fan of Elton John and Bob Dylan. He plans on getting "JAKE" tattooed across his left knuckles, one letter on each knuckle, as a homage to John Belushi.
