Lazenbee Industries

Lazenbee Industries is a satirical creation of Don MacKeen and Jackie McMaster.

Lazenbee Industries was founded in the mid 1990s in Chicago, in response to what MacKeen and McMaster perceived as an unhinged complacency on the part of elites in the USA and Europe. Their first publication, Chicago Rich Bastard was inspired by an upmarket free paper that extolled the virtues of the yuppie lifestyle.

Their work subsequently appeared periodically in Lumpen magazine.

In 1996, Lazenbee Industries was moved to Glasgow, Scotland.

MacKeen and McMaster also produce cartoons under the name Contagion Media Group.
