[edit] Congestion pricing theory

I assume that you are the person from Brooklyn Law School who has been posting a theory about alternatives to congestion pricing. You should be aware that the theory is original research, which is not allowed on Wikipedia. Unless your proposal has been published and has been reported and critiqued by secondary sources, it would be original research. Also, since this appears to be advancing one point of view, it may also violate the neutral point of view policy on Wikipedia. Please review the content policy links above.
