Larry J. Hoffman is one of the founders of Greenberg Traurig, the 7th largest U. S. law firm. Larry serves as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Firm's Executive Committee. He has practiced in the areas of corporate, securities and banking law for over 40 years and has lectured extensively in each of these areas. Larry has been involved in hundreds of corporate financings and has specialized in public offerings of equity and debt securities.
Larry has devoted most of his time and effort in the last 15 years to participating in the active management of the firm. He is a well known student and authority on law firm management.
