I've removed your additions about coffee/caffeine not raising blood pressure, as it seems your comment was based on a severe mis-reading of the source you cited. You wrote "coffee does not have an effect on blood pressure", which is an accurate summary of the title of the ref, but the ref itself is actually about long-term/chronic hypertension not the acute rise after drinking some coffee. Further, it's only true for women who were heavy caffeine users...moderate users had the opposite chronic effect (did have high BP) and men had either no effect or also were more likely to have high BP.
