[edit] question about processing the noise data
'processes the noise data to make it as random as possible': what on earth does that mean!? Surely processed random data is less random? Interesting philosophical question; feel free to discuss... 86.4.178.102
- The data read from the webcam contains "both structured data and chaotic noise", and is run through a "Digital Blender" that "destroys the structured data portion of the digital snapshot and produces uniformly distributed random data."
- Even though your comment was snarky and unhelpful, you have put your finger on an unclear turn of phrase, and I will rewrite it. So thanks, I guess, and have a nice day. Steveha 03:40, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
