[edit] Image in infobox

Can somebody explain to me why the image is not in the infobox?↔NMajdantalk 20:28, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Because, due to the fair use rationale guidelines, the fair use image cannot be used to illustrate what she looks like (because, in that case, it would be replaceable). It must simply be used to show her winning the pageant and put in that part of the article. See Image talk:FarrellMTUSA03.jpg if you want to read some of the arguments. -- PageantUpdatertalk | contribs | esperanza 20:33, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Categorization

When an article is in a Category such as Category:People from Lawton, Oklahoma there is no need for the article to also be in a category such as Category:People from Oklahoma which is a parent of the first category. In fact, the use of the most specific category is encouraged and the use of the less specific category is discouraged to keep the number of categories on an article to a minimum, as well as not having overpopulated categories. If this were not done then this article would also need to be in Category:American people and Category:North American people and Category:People, which you may notice is in Category:Categories requiring diffusion to try to prevent this specific problem. --After Midnight 0001 04:14, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
