Laurent Desbiens (September 16, 1969) is a former French cyclist between 1992 and 2001. He was born in Northern France Mons en Berceul. He is known for winning the Four Days of Dunkirk, a stage in the Tour de France, and wearing the yellow jersey for 2 days in the 1998 Tour de France.
