Laura Izibor (born Dublin, Ireland) is an Irish R&B Singer who won the Jacobs/2FM song contest while still in secondary school. She went on to win a Hope for 2006 Award at the 2006 Meteor Music Awards.[1] She went on to perform at that year's Electric Picnic and Music Ireland '07. Her hit single "Shine" has recently been the lead track of the movie Nanny Diaries.
