Laughing Sinners is a 1931, MGM film starring Joan Crawford, Neil Hamilton, Clark Gable, and Marjorie Rambeau. The film is based on the play, Torch Song by Kenyon Nicholson. Crawford plays Ivy Stevens, a cafe entertainer, who experiences a spiritual redemption.
Coincidentally, just as they did in Laughing Sinners, Crawford and Rambeau would play mother and daughter again in the film, Torch Song in 1953.
