Is there one font that covers all of these other than Code2000?

Charis SIL doesn't. Doulos SIL doesn't either. (Look at the last few characters in Notepad (or a program that doesn't support font fallback.) --Kjoonlee 20:23, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
