Latter & Blum Building, located at 203 Carondelet Street in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is an 11-story, 158 feet (48 m)-tall skyscraper. The building is New Orleans' first and oldest skyscraper, holding the title of the city's tallest building from 1895-1904. The building was sold in November 2006 to a developer with plans for a $34 million conversion to apartments and retail.
