The scope of the project includes North America's largest indoor water park at 350,000 square feet (33,000 m²), a 150,000-square-foot (14,000 m²) indoor snow for year round indoor skiing, a traditional theme park, multiple hotels, a casino, condominiums, multiple sports arenas, a performing arts center, an 8 to 12 screen movie theater, a nightly water show and a beach.
The project will include its own power source to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
