Lars Daniel Housholder, username Larsvolta, is a veteran contributor and frequent peruser of Wikipedia. He currently resides in Fullerton, California and attends Cal State Fullerton as a full-time undergraduate student. His hobbies include listening to and creating music, watching movies and box sets of humorous television shows, spending time with friends, sleeping, and talking in the third person.

Housholder was born in Bonn, Germany in 1988 while his father was studying at seminary. They moved back to the United States in a few months. From then on, the Housholder family would move from place to place, settling in Washington, Minnesota, and finally California. Lars would often complain that the frequent moves made him dizzy and crave cheddar cheese, but the dizziness from said moves may have provoked the dizziness that would therefore make his assessment unreliable, thus creating a paradox and an unsolvable case.
Lars became interested in electronic music during his teenage years and began to play around with his keyboard and virtual synthesizers on FL Studio. He has recorded under the names Alvy Singer, Future Sight, Death Ray, Midnight Carnival, Bedsitter, Musica Machina, Bum Fights with Millionaires, and Hollywood Stungun. To this day, he has yet to come up with anything remotely listenable. Lars's favorite artists include 808 State, Radiohead, and Daft Punk, though he holds a strong opinion that Daft Punk need to release a new album. Lars is also an avid blogger, maintaining a journal that garners about as much attention as Prince's latest albums. Lars's love for sleep can cause him to keep strange hours, which lends itself to his odd class schedule that focuses primarily on afternoon and evening classes. Lars's father often makes a joke that Lars is "at the peak of his sleeping ability," despite the fact that no one enjoys hearing it year after year.

Lars has a keen eye for aesthetics, and tends to be bold by correcting information he knows or believes to be inaccurate or disorganized. His efforts have gone mostly towards music artists and movies, though his work can be seen in bits and pieces all over Wikipedia. He has done preliminary work on the artist page for Mr Velcro Fastener, an article that still needs a serious amount of elaboration and expansion. Lars is quick to pull the trigger when it comes to erasing vandalism and information completely irrelevant to the topic. He vehemently opposes the continuing trend of Wikipedia's userbase truncating multiple articles into one, removing stubs, and placing large banners on pages containing perfectly accurate information stating that it may all be false since there aren't a million reference tags marring the beauty of the unsoiled page.
