Loc City Crips also known as "the LCC". An Asian street gang that originated on the Eastside of Long Beach. The two known creators of the gang was Jaytee "Blink" Phan and Sok Huot. Usually staying as an underground gang resembling mafia-like activities, the LCC ended up being confused with another street gang, LTC (Loc Town Crips), and was nearly wiped out in an assault by other asian gangs and hispanic gangs. Unable to defend against such a wide range of enemies the LCC ended up breaking apart and one of the known creators, Sok Huot, ended up deceased.
