Larry Richert (born Millvale, Pennsylvania) is an American journalist.

Born in Millvale and raised in McCandless Township, Richert graduated from North Allegheny High School and Clarion University. He joined KDKA-TV in 1990 as a weather forecaster. He held this position until 2001. He now hosts the morning news on the sister radio station KDKA-AM.
Richert was among the first to give a public broadcast forum to pre-teen Christina Aguilera who has since become an international superstar vocalist.

Richert is Pittsburgh’s Master of Ceremonies and serves as an ambassador for the city. Larry also serves as the voice of NFL Films/Steelers Highlights and is active in dozens of charities.
He is brother-in-law to former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino.
Larry and his wife, Cindi, have three children.
