Larry Beck

Larry Beck (born August 12, 1939) is an American golfer from Kinston, North Carolina.

At age 17, he won the 1957 U.S. Junior Amateur Golf Championship, beating Jack Nicklaus 4 and 3 in the third round of match play.[1] As a professional, he competed in the 1964 U.S. Open (tied for 39th) and the 1966 PGA Championship (tied for 72nd).[2]

Beck is currently a golf instructor at the Carolina Golf Academy in Greensboro, North Carolina.
