He is currently ETQM College Professor of Management (2006). Was previously Professor of Management at Ajman University School of Business (2004). Has, previously, served as Expert at the Ministry of Economy (2001), and chaired Dubai Knowledge Village based ‘Canadian Centre for Training&Consulting’.Was one of the Founding Members of the UAE Algerian Business Council (2003).Was Management Expert/Trainer at Sharjah Centre for Research&Studies(2000). Was University Vice-President in charge of Research, Graduate Studies and External Relations , and Member of Algeria’s National Research Council (1994). Was Associate Professor of Management at University of Tripoli Faculty of Business, as well as Advisor&Trainer at both Afak Training&Consulting and Rasid Training&Consulting (1994). Was Associate Professor at the University of Tunis School of Business (1991) and Director of Editions Cles ( Management Publishing House). Was Vice-President for Service Sector , and chaired EcoConseil Algeria (1990).Was Director of Studies&Research at the ‘National Institute for Global Strategic Studies’ (Algerian Presidency) with responsibilities encompassing Documentation, Publishing, Translation&Interpretation Was Assistant Professor at the University of Constantine School of Business (1985).Was Visiting Professor at the Jordanian University School of Business (1984).Was Advisor (Algerian Development Bank) as well as Expert (Arab League Iron & Steel Union). Has published several books, papers and articles in his fields of expertise. Has spoken at various international academic and professional forums. Has delivered management training seminars to some leading Arab Organizations. Professor Laouisset is a founding and active member of a number of International Academic and Professional Societies. He is a Fellow of the Salzburg Seminar (Austria), a Dale Carnegie Graduate (USA), and a Gerson Lehrman Group Council Member (USA).He is the Editor of the International Journal of Excellence in Public Sector Management. He is the Editor of ETQM Working Papers. He was the recipient of the Best Paper Award in MEQA (Middle East Quality Association, Annual Congress, 2007).He attended University of Algiers, New York University, American University (Washington,D.C), Boston University, Tufts University Fletcher School of Law&Diplomacy (program of study administered jointly by Tufts&Harvard Universities),as well as University of Miami Graduate School of Business (AACSB/EQUIST ).
