[edit] Citation Needed
From the Education section:
"In order to provide continuing education to sustain the economic momentum of the region, the government has established public learning institutions in the city, namely, Mariano Marcos State University, which was recently merged with the Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trade (INCAT)."
Please add a citation for this. How was MMSU merged with INCAT and when? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sputian 13 (talk • contribs) 04:00, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
