I don't know much about how the terms are applied in CS, but I get the feeling that the Stochastic programming and Dynamic programming articles cover the same topic. Perhaps they ought to be merged into the Dynamic programming article, and a new article written to cover Stochastic programming. I suppose ideally, nice textbook supported definitions of the terms could be trotte out in the first sentences. Cheers (and welcome). Pete.Hurd 14:30, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
