[edit] Photos need more variety

The pictures on this article are all located in Taipei/Hong Kong - it'd be nice to see some internationally famous landmarks pictured here, but I don't really know how to do that. Baronjonas 10:20, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] L.A.'s Icon

Im pretty sure everyone here knows and has seen the HOLLYWOOD Sign! im assuming it should be on the list?

Feel free to add it. Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 07:44, 7 March 2008 (UTC) (of Los Angeles)

[edit] Natural landmarks

It seems that more info is needed to distinguish what is a natural landmark and what is not and why. Examples that need explanation: a national forest; a national park; a rock formation; a beach; a waterfall; a barrier island; a cave, a headlands, etc. Thanks Hmains 18:57, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

Good idea. I added from your list. GeorgeLouis (talk) 07:45, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Three different groups here?

This article has the right-side div, the bulleted list, and the picture gallery. Hmmm.... So, what's the significance of these? Is one group the most important or recognizable? It doesn't seem so. Looks like a bit of a free for all actually. Anyone up for a discussion on setting some "standard" for this? Hult041956 16:50, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, this encyclopedia article has entirely too much art (that is, graphics). Go ahead and remove most of them, leaving just a few images to spice up the piece, as in other WP articles. Sincerely, GeorgeLouis (talk) 07:54, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] UNESCO landmarks

This page needs dovetailing with UNESCO World Heritage Landmarks (World Heritage Site). GeorgeLouis (talk) 07:51, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
