The reason the article isn't interesting is because the whole thing just describes the specifications of the thing, and problems designing it. Where's the human element? How can we connect to it? Some sort of citable anecdote that emphasises the machine's relevance as a tool in human and societal interaction, as opposed to just a design - because at the moment the article is little more than a glorified and over-padded specifications sheet. I envision a future for this article; a front page feature. There is so much potential here, but so little of it is being used. C'mon, let's show those other superheavy tank articles who's boss!
