Unless I hear differently, I'm going to revert this page back to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Land_O%27_Lakes%2C_Florida&oldid=178493004 (remove the 'organized crime' section) for 2 reasons:

1 - User http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:user_talk/99.243.60.43 has been warned several times for making unsourced edits, yet continues to do so. The entire section in question is unsourced.

2 - There is NO 'Busch Blvd' in Land O Lakes FL. Busch Blvd is in fact nearly 14 miles SOUTH of Land O Lakes.

Further checking verifies that 'Char Pal Cut Rate Liquors Distributor & Lounge' is not located in Land O Lakes FL, but Temple Terrace (Tampa) http://www.thecityoftampa.com/liquor/

I've removed the section in question and the maint notices.
