Landcare Australia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Landcare Australia is a partnership between the community, government and business to carry out environmental protection in Australia.

There are more than 4000 landcare groups addressing land degradation throughout the country. Landcare initially formed in the state of Victoria when a group of landowners wanted to protect a complete catchment from degradation.
