Lance Larson (born July 3, 1940) is an American swimmer and olympic champion. He competed at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome, where he received a gold medal in 4 × 100 m medley relay.[1] He received a silver medal in 100 m freestyle.

Larson was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1980.
