Vamprechaun

Looks like absolute nonsense. Is this a fictional character somewhere? If so, you are going to need a lead line like, "Patrick Flanagin is a fictional character in FILL IN THE BLANK." Then, since this is the third time it's been deleted already, you will need verifiable sources that show the subject meets notability guidelines.
