Lamar High School is the public high school in Lamar, Missouri. It is part of the Lamar R-I School District. The mascot for Lamar Schools is the Tigers

The principal is the school's chief administrator. The principal reports to the district's superintendent. The school district is governed by a seven-member Board of Education, the members of which are elected to three-year terms.
