Translate bot: to create (featured first! - few thousands of them) articles in other languages that don't already exist by using altavista translate tool. translation from any combination of languages that are in altavista tool. will have to limit time intervals due to possible TOS limits.
must not translate external links and references! also, categories and see also should be translated to other language, although they probably want match exact names in other language or existing pages, but that can be fixed by humans.
