How is it not germane? It occurred at Lake Sammamish. Check out the article on Fort Marcy Park regarding its relevance.

Kidnapping didn't happen on the lake, but at the park. Moved material over to newly created Lake Sammamish Park article (analogous to Fort Marcy Park) hike395 16:52, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
