This sentence is awkward: "The city is attempting to buy out the aging strip malls and already destroyed Saddleback Plaza and build the new "Arbor at Lake Forest."

I changed the word "build" to "built" -- is that correct or should it be "to build"? Dcsutherland 17:56, 13 March 2007 (UTC)
