The article claims this is the world's only salt water lake that has crocodiles.
But the article for the nearby Saumatre_Lagoon (they are part of the same chain of lakes on Hispaniola also says it is salt water, and support crocodiles. Also, Lake Turkana is a salt water lake in Africa known for its large population of Nile Crocodiles.
