Lake Lacha (Lache, Russian: Ла́ча, Ла́че) is a lake in northwest Russia in the Arkhangelsk Oblast, near the old city of Kargopol. (Area: 356 km²) . The etymological origin of the name means "Milk Lake." The reason for this has never been discovered.
