This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Request reason: "I was never notified as of the reasons for the block. I clearly stated by position as to why Nae'blis shouldn't be admin. I believe it to be unacceptable for an admin not to know IPA and I have a right to state my opinion. If this is not allowed, I'd like to plead mercy and the "assume good faith" policy. Thanks."

- Sockpuppet of whom? I swear I am not a sockpuppet. I voted on RfA because it seemed interesting. i didnt know one could not vote without previous contribs. My apologies.
