Hi, I noticed the Ladbrokes article is not very structured (it’s more like a list of facts added one after the other) and I would like to improve it and add more details according to this plan:

1. The Group: Ladbrokes plc: Origins , History (business sells, merges, etc)

2. The brands

2.1. Ladbrokes

2.2. Ladbrokes.com

2.3. Ladbrokes Casino

2.4. Vernons

Can I take the liberty of making this big reorganisation? All the facts that are in the current article will be in the new version, but I’d like the article to flow better. This article should stay unmerged. As I understand it, Ladbrokes is a subsidary of the Hilton group. It is famous enough to have it's own article. If you consider the fact that the Hilton Group will be split next year, it is probably better to kep the Ladbrokes material separate since that will be the name of what remains, basically Ladbrokes. Agreed. Wait and see what happens on the names and possible takeover, and then respond. At a minimum the Hilton Group will remain an important incident in the history of two major businesses, and it should be kept separate for that reason. Carina22 09:08, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
